NEW HOLLAND, Pa. — Garden Spot Communities is pleased to announce that Bob Landry has been appointed Executive Director of ForgeWorks, bringing with him a proven track record of organizational leadership and a deep understanding of Garden Spot’s mission, culture and strategic initiatives.
His executive work across consumer brands—paired with expertise in community building, leadership enablement, and strategic partnerships—equips him to advance ForgeWorks’ innovation and culture-building mission.

Previously, Bob served as Head of Operations at TOMORROW Retail Consulting, leading firm-wide operational systems and delivery discipline to support scalable growth. Earlier in his career at The GIANT Company, he focused on enterprise strategy execution and cross-functional team leadership to advance growth initiatives.
Under Bob’s direction, ForgeWorks will explore new pathways for culture-building, leadership development, and industry innovation inspired by Garden Spot Communities’ nationally recognized approaches.
