NEW HOLLAND, Pa. — Steve Lindsey, CEO of Garden Spot Communities, co-authored a McKnight’s Long-Term Care News guest column exploring how aging services leaders can work together to build the infrastructure needed for a longer-lived society.
In “From care to longevity: Why aging services CEOs must build the next infrastructure together,” Lindsey and co-author Mike Rambarose, president and CEO of Whitney Center, Hamden, Connecticut, challenge aging services organizations to look beyond disconnected systems and traditional care models. They call for collaborative, integrated approaches that help leaders better understand the whole person and the whole enterprise in real time.
The column reflects Lindsey’s ongoing commitment to innovation, collaboration and creating new possibilities for people to live with purpose as they age. It also invites aging services CEOs to move beyond organization-by-organization solutions and help shape a shared infrastructure for longevity.
