Garden Spot Village Recognized by U.S. News & World Reports

Garden Spot Village is one of two retirement communities to receive the distinctive “Best” status for three categories in Pennsylvania and, based on the number of badges and rating, ranks 11th nationwide.

NEW HOLLAND, PA. – May 4, 2023 – Garden Spot Village has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as 2023-24 “Best” Independent Living, Personal Care and Continuing Care Retirement Community. Garden Spot Village is one of two retirement communities to receive the distinctive “Best” status for three categories in Pennsylvania. Based on the number of badges and customer rating, Garden Spot Village ranks 11th nationwide.

Garden Spot Village earned “Best” status by achieving the highest possible rating for Independent Living, Personal Care and Skilled Nursing. U.S. News awards the designation of Best Senior Living only to those communities that satisfy U.S. News’s objective statistical assessment of each senior living community’s performance from consumer satisfaction surveys administered between April 2022 and November 2022. A total of 3,493 communities met the criteria and 1,668 were recognized as best in one category. Of those 1,668 only 59 were recognized as Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities.
