Jennifer Lambert Appointed Executive Director for Garden Spot Village

New Holland, Pa. — Garden Spot Village is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Lambert as its new Executive Director, effective Monday, October 20.

Lambert brings more than 20 years of healthcare management experience through her roles with Lancaster General Health. Throughout her career, she led numerous organizational and quality improvement initiatives, as well as lean practices and financial accountability enhancements. She served most recently as Regional Director of Operations.

As the Executive Director of Garden Spot Village, Jennifer oversees the day-to-day operations of the community. Her purview includes Campus Operations, Resident Life, Healthcare, Dining Services and Home & Community Based Services. She also provides oversight for Maple Farm, a skilled nursing community in Akron. 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Elizabethtown College and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Alvernia University. Her passion for servant leadership, building relationships in community, as well as her strong faith, guide her daily work, inspiring a collaborative and caring environment for residents and team members at Garden Spot Village.
